These definitely help me hear better, which is a relief. I do still get some feedback and whistling now and then, and I keep wondering if I’m doing something wrong with the fit. They’re not perfect, but for the price, I’m happy with them overall

I had a frustrating time trying to get my replacement through the warranty. Support kept asking me for the same info over and over, and the whole thing just dragged out longer than it needed to. after paying for the product, I expected the process to be a lot smoother

I’d probably give these around 3 stars mainly because of the build quality. The hearing aids themselves work fine, but the plastic feels light and not all that sturdy. I find myself being extra careful with them because I’m not sure they’d survive a drop very well.

The case is okay, but the lid feels a bit loose sometimes, and that part was weird since I expected it to feel more secure. For the price, they’re not terrible, just not as solid as I hoped. They’re good enough for now, but I do wish the overall feel was a little better.

I’m not trying to be difficult, but tech support kept giving me the runaround instead of actually helping. I reached out expecting a fix, and it still isn’t resolved.

Sometimes it charges fine, but other times I have to unplug and plug it back in a few times before it actually starts working. It’s getting frustrating enough that I’d like this looked into or escalated, because charging shouldn’t be this hit or miss.
